Thank you.
That is what was going
through my mind as I gave a good-bye hug to each child today. Thank you for
entrusting me with your child during his/her third grade year. Thank you for praying for this group and for
me as their teacher.
As a class we have grown
so much. Yes, we learned tons of new
material but we also learned how to DO “Life Together” as we strived to live
each day for Jesus. This group of students cares for each other. They have prayed over each other, laughed
together, made new friends, and even had tears during the tough times. A classroom becomes like a little family and
this classroom family is pretty amazing.
When I look at them I see how they have grown and I am so incredibly
proud of each one of them.
God is so
faithful. Your child is always going to
hold onto a piece of my heart. They have
taught me so much this year. I stand
amazed at a third graders faith in God and I completely understand why our God
tells us to come to him like a child. Simply
trusting in God for everything!! Believing in HIS promises!! What an incredible opportunity to teach
children….and to learn from them. I am
so blessed.
Fondly,
Lynae
